This elegant Imperial Russian Fabergé brooch is crafted in 14K rose gold and attributed to the workshop of August Hollming, marked A.H. The brooch is designed in a refined sideways form, thin and elongated, with a central oval cut sapphire creating a rich blue focal point. Flanking the sapphire are two large round diamonds, while the ends of the brooch are finished with an intricate bowtie style diamond pattern that adds brilliance and symmetry to the piece.
August Hollming was one of the respected master workmasters for the House of Fabergé, active in St. Petersburg during the late 19th and early 20th century.
