Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of fine jewelry, estate jewelry, vintage items, and high-value collectible pieces, returns are accepted only in limited circumstances.

A return request must be initiated within three (3) business days from the date the order is marked as delivered.

Eligible return reasons include:

  • The item is materially not as described
  • The item was damaged in transit
  • The incorrect item was received

Requests submitted after the three (3) business day window, or requests for reasons outside the eligible categories above, may not qualify for return approval.

Once a return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within five (5) business days. If the item is not shipped within this timeframe, the return authorization may be cancelled.

Returned items must be received in their original, unused, unaltered condition, including all original packaging, tags, certificates, documentation, and accessories. Items showing signs of wear, damage, resizing, modification, alteration, or missing components may not be accepted for refund.

A 15% restocking fee may apply to approved returns.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us through our Contact Form or by email within the three (3) business day return window.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Full name
  • Reason for the return request
  • Clear photographs of the item, if requested

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions if the return is eligible. Final approval of any refund is made after the item has been received and inspected.

Return Shipping Requirements

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Returned items must be shipped using a trackable and fully insured shipping method. We are not responsible for return shipments that are lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or insufficiently insured.

Any duties, taxes, customs charges, or import fees related to the return are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping fees and any third-party payment processing fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.

If an item is returned with damage, missing components, signs of wear, alteration, or without required documentation or packaging, the refund may be reduced or denied.

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or special-order items
  • Resized, engraved, modified, or altered items
  • Items sold as Final Sale
  • Items showing signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration
  • Items returned without original documentation, certificates, packaging, tags, or accessories

Policy Updates

We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that order.
