Please note that processing time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time.
Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship all orders using trackable, insured shipping services for your security.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, customs processing times, or any circumstances outside our control.
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

The carrier used

A link to track your package in real time
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address.
We are not responsible for:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Packages delivered to the wrong address provided at checkout

Lost or undeliverable packages resulting from address errors
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for all reshipping fees.
International Shipping

These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the customer’s responsibility.

Any delays caused by customs processing are outside our control.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for its security.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported directly to the shipping carrier.

We will assist with documentation if needed, but the carrier is responsible for resolution.
We strongly recommend using a secure delivery location.
Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for:

Reshipment fees (if applicable)

Any associated carrier charges
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once processing has begun.
