The central pendant — pavé-set with approximately 0.80 carats of round brilliant diamonds framing the interlocking oval surround — functions simultaneously as the necklace’s showpiece and its integrated hidden fold-over clasp, a hallmark of Cartier’s ingenuity in unifying form with function.
